How IT WORKSConsultation 1 — Diagnosis (30 mins)
We surface and name the block together.
Consultation 2 — Action Planning (30 mins)
I help you build your way forward. Ideally scheduled a few days after Consultation 1, giving you time to sit with what came up.
Your written action plan is delivered within 2 working days of Consultation 2.
SCHEDULINGBoth consultations are booked at the same time when you confirm. You'll receive a booking link to choose two slots within the same week, keeping momentum between consultations.
The gap between consultations is intentional. It gives you time to reflect on what we discussed and for your ideas to percolate (clients usually find that's where the real clarity arrives).

You already know you need to be visible online. What you don’t know is how to find a content style that fits you and that you can manage to sustain. So you keep researching formats, watching other people’s content and never quite pressing record.
This focused consultation cuts through the noise. You leave knowing your format, your visual style and with a hero edit that becomes your reference point going forward. Goodbye decision fatigue!
*The internet moves quickly so I won’t pretend that you’ll never ever have to update your style, but we’ll also cover finding sustainable ways to make content that works for you.
It can be hard to show up and create content. Let’s make the process as smooth as possible and have it work for you.

We establish your visual language (colour, typography, pacing, graphic details), so that you no longer second-guess your look. We find the format that works best for you and that you can keep up with.
Hero video edit

I work in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve depending on your editing workflow. I help you to produce your signature edit, i.e., the one that becomes the reference point for everything you post going forward.
Repeatable content design

You’ll have a simple, repeatable structure to follow every time you film and edit. That way the process gets faster and easier the more you use it (saving your precious time and reducing multitasking).

Your hero edit is delivered within 5–7 business days of the call.
repeatable content playbook
How IT WORKSBefore our creative direction consultation, you'll submit a pre-intake form, which will include a few of your references (e.g., creators or videos whose style resonates with you). I’ll research how we could make these styles sustainable for you to film and edit.
In our 1:1 we’ll pin down your sustainable content style.
After the session you’ll film based on your new signature style, submit to Gill for editing and receive your hero edit as a template to replicate yourself.
SCHEDULINGOne creative direction consultation, booked via a simple booking link on confirmation.
Allow enough time to be able to submit your pre-intake form with references at least 48 hours before the call so we can hit the ground running in our consultation.
