01 - The Clarity Call

In 30 minutes, I look at how you are actually working right now. Where you are losing time, where things are stalling, and what a better setup could look like for you specifically. I tell you what I see. You leave with a written summary and clear next steps.
No Creative OS building in this consultation (that only comes with The Build). No overwhelm. Just clarity on what the problem actually is.

02 - The Build

Four consultations. A Creative OS built around how you specifically work.
Your Creative OS is your operating system for your creative business. It is built around how you specifically work. Right now your exact operating system doesn't exist yet. You’re maybe working from a collection of borrowed templates and workarounds. The Build creates your way of doing things, adapted to you.
Over four weekly consultations, we design, build and refine the whole thing together. You just need to fill out a questionnaire and send it to me before our first consultation.
By the end you have something documented, workable, and that you can easily sustain by yourself.
Some people will leave with a personalised Notion or Airtable with a video walk-through recording, some people will leave with an Appsheet, some will leave with the most low-tech option possible (whiteboard, memo board, physical alarm clocks and sticky notes). The point isn’t the tool, but how we will have designed it together, factoring in your unique way of working and needs.
4 consultations over 4-6 weeks
Consultation format options:
4 x 30-minute weekly Google Meet calls; OR
1 call then async via WhatsApp Business or email voice notes (VN)
Message support throughout
Documentation after every consultation, within 48 hours
Scheduling:
Video consultations: booked on a rolling weekly basis. You'll receive a booking link to choose a slot for the coming week.
Voice notes/mixed: weekly cadence (VNs are quite flexible). However, first consultation must be call.
Book early as spaces are genuinely limited so that I can give each person my full attention. If you've been wanting to bring some calm and order to the way you work, now is the time.

03 - The Studio

Build graduates only
Monthly. The part most people are missing.
Not a VA who needs managing. Not an app you will set up and abandon. Not a coach who asks vague questions so you figure it out yourself. Someone who already knows your Creative OS, checks in once a month, and makes it easy to pick up the thread when you have dropped it (without making you feel bad for dropping it).
A brand deal slipped. A content week went quiet. You went down a rabbit hole for ten days. The Studio is not there to judge any of that. It is there to help you re-enter guilt-free and without starting over.
