Data Collection: we collect your name, email, and project details via our Discovery Gate (contact forms). Technical data (IP addresses/cookies) is collected via Squarespace Analytics.
Creative Data: During a Strategic Reset or Systems Audit, you may provide sensitive information regarding your workflows, internal tools, or content files. This data is handled with strict confidentiality and is used solely to engineer your custom Personal Playbook.

The Studio Shield (Professional Disclaimer): The Studio provides strategic creative operations, digital architecture, and media editing. While we implement "Digital Sanctuary" strategies to protect your privacy and focus, we are not a legal, cybersecurity, or medical firm. Our services do not guarantee 100% immunity from digital threats, platform algorithm changes, or hardware failures.
Services & Implementation: * Strategic Reset & Audits: These are advisory services. The implementation of the Personal Playbook or Systems Build remains the responsibility of the client unless otherwise contracted.
Content Direction & Editing: When providing video editing or visual identity services, we act as a creative partner. The Studio is not responsible for the performance of content on third-party algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Payments & Refunds: * All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
Digital Assets: Due to the immediate access provided for The Guide: A Better Way of Working, all sales are final.
Services: For 1:1 sessions (Resets/Audits), a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Refunds for custom builds or ongoing Creative Systems Partnerships are handled as per the individual service agreement.
Intellectual Property: All original frameworks, "Digital Sanctuary" designs and other designs and artwork at this site remain the intellectual property of Gill Gillespie. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use their custom Playbooks for their personal or business operations.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
