your questions, my answers
Is this coaching?
No. I am an operations consultant, so we’ll be looking at how you work, finding what is getting in the way, and building something better.
I've tried productivity systems before and they never stick. Why would this be different?
Because every system you've tried was built by someone else for someone else. What we build together is a Creative OS, your operating system for your creative business, designed around how you specifically work. It is not a template, a method from a book or something that another creator uses.
Generic systems usually fail creative people because they don’t factor in how they actually work. This one is based on you. Not how you ideally work, or how you think you “should” work, or how you work on just your best days, but how you actually work.
What do you mean by a 'Creative OS'?
Your Creative OS is simply the way you run things. It is how you organise your work, show up online, move from idea to finished and go from creating content to getting paid. Most creative people don't have one that was built for them specifically. They have a collection of borrowed systems that sort of work, and a pile of things that fell through the gaps.
What we build together is a Creative OS that fits how you actually operate: your pace, your style, your way of thinking. Some people's Creative OS involves Notion, or a whiteboard, a single recurring alarm, or post-its on the mirror. For others it'll involve a dynamic approach of cycling through novel ideas to make your day-to-day tasks more manageable and less boring. The tool isn’t the point. The fit is the point.
I will provide you with a written document that notes down everything we go through.
I'm genuinely disorganised. I lose my phone, I forget appointments, I start things and don't finish them. Is this actually for me?
Yes. Especially you.
What you're describing is a very specific organisational style. It is one that needs things visible and accessible, works in bursts rather than steady rhythms, and struggles with detailed systems that file everything out of sight. It is one of the most common patterns in creative people. It is also the pattern that generic productivity systems are worst at serving.
The Studio builds Creative OSes for exactly this. Not to fight how you work, rather to build around it.
I'm not sure I'm organised enough to even start. Is that okay?
That is exactly why the Clarity Call exists. You do not need to have anything sorted before we talk. You just need to show up. I will do the looking.
What if I miss a session?
We reschedule, one message from me and we find a new time.
I'm not very tech-savvy. Will this involve loads of new software?
Only what actually helps you. Some people leave with a new Notion setup or a clearer way of using their current archival method. Some leave with a memo board. I am not here to sell you on tools, because I don't believe that there's one that works for everyone. I am here to find what works for how you operate. Sometimes the best Creative OS is the simplest one.
I love tech. Will I get enough out of this?
Yes! If you’re looking for technical solutions we can absolutely explore the options that would suit your workflow or optimise the system you’re already using. Maybe you feel that you have been trying so hard to solve this by yourself that now you’d just love someone who cares about operations and is tech-literate to support you through the process.
Do I need a certain number of followers or a certain level of income?
No follower count. No revenue threshold. What matters is that you are taking your creative practice seriously and the way you are currently working is getting in the way of that. Whether you are just starting to monetise or you have brand deals coming in faster than you can handle, both are valid places to start.
