Manage your platforms, build your audience, stay visible, keep creating, don’t miss out on opportunities (+ work a 9-5 and maybe have kids).
Who has the time? Who can protect their peace without going fully off-the-grid or disappearing into a forest?

Before I founded the Studio, I spent years working in online safety and content policy at YouTube and Google.
I created the Studio based on my own experience of burning myself out creatively. I spent years writing late into the night only to abandon the project in my drafts. Then I finally found the answer. I realised that I could apply my expertise in creating systems in the tech world to my creative work.
Now I continue to grow my own creative practice in a way that actually works for my life.

Meet the Founder
Gill is a Creative Practice Consultant. Before founding the Studio, she spent years in online content policy at YouTube and Google, where she developed systems and worked with some of the most complex regulatory challenges on the internet.
She’s also a filmmaker, actor and painter, which means she understands the creative process from the inside.
The Studio exists because she burnt out creatively doing what she loved, figured out how to fix it and realised most creatives don’t get that framework handed to them.
She helps creatives who are serious about their work and need better infrastructure to keep going.
