Work

This page is a collection of my creative work.

While my role as a Creative Strategic Partner focuses on systems, structure, and sustainability, my own creative practice remains central to my work.

I often ask myself why creating is so important, so I’ll share it with you here:

Why do I create?

Perspective.

I do it to express something and then get perspective on that thing by turning it into something artistic. I find that perspective changes everything, it helps me process, connect with others and I think it just changes who I am. It also makes me feel more alive and energises me (although it can be emotionally draining, so it’s not always as simple as that). Why do you create?

Short Films

My short films are created with a focus on simplicity, atmosphere, and character, often working within real constraints.

This work informs how I approach creative systems, decision-making, and sustainable production.

What It’s Like

What It's Like is a short film about Sinead (Gill Gillespie), a lost soul convinced that walking the Camino will fix all her problems. That is until she runs into Adam (Naoise Dunbar), who claims he stopped talking to her because his career took off.

Sinead is harbouring secrets, but there are things she doesn’t manage to conceal from Adam.

Written and directed by Gill Gillespie
